Field inbound calls in a professional manner
Focus on Customer Retention
Respond to and resolve customer questions
Research possible solutions to customer issues
Sell / Up sell products on customer's account
Deescalate upset customers
Are you a good fit?
Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task through different applications/screens
The ability to type 25 wpm
Good numerical and analytical skills
Skill to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to handle a high stress environment
Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment

Application & Certification Process
Sign an offer letter commitment
Pass a background/drug test
Complete all training certification requirements which include a combination of required facilitated sessions and several self-led eLearning modules for 4 weeks.
