The schedule for this position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
Responds to internet leads within 10 minutes with a phone call and/or email
Schedules appointments
Confirms appointments and reschedules no-show appointments
Work with and follow up with Sales Departments to determine outcomes and appointments kept
Generate letters and thank you cards and emails
Make CSI follow up calls to all customers
Answer incoming sales calls/leads - instant messages - chats
Greet scheduled customers and introduce them to the Sales Manager and Sales Professionals
Post vehicles with descriptions into our website and keep up to date inventory
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience helpful
Excellent phone skills
Attention to detail and organization
Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
