*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Field inbound calls in a professional manner
* Respond to and resolve customer questions
* Research possible solutions to customer issues
* Sell / Up sell products on customer’s account
* Retain customers wanting to cancel
* Deescalate angry customers
*QUALIFICATIONS*
* Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task
* The ability to type 25 wpm
* Good numerical and analytical skills
* Skill to communicate effectively with customers
* Ability to handle a high stress environment
* Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
* Ability to be proactive
* Must pass a Background and Drug test
