Necessary qualifications to be considered:
Passing a Pre-hire Drug Test
Possessing a Valid, Current Driver's License
Must be 18 years of age or better
Obtain a Utah State Sales License (we can walk you through that process)
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Greeting all prospective customers promptly, professionally, with warmth and welcome (in-person, telephone, e-Mail, or internet-based customers and prospects)
Getting to know prospective customers quickly, assessing their needs, and gaining their trust, not only for the potential sale today, but for all of their automotive purchases in the future
Entering all prospective customer names and contact information into our CRM database
Developing and executing an effective plan to retain current customers, and obtain referrals of new prospects
Follow up on all various lead sources that you are provided, and that you bring to the job.
Developing or expanding of your own Book of Business in the process Helping our customers complete the Sales Process (documents, finance applications, rebates, rewards, subscriptions they need, etc.
) with ease, speed, and accuracy
Representing John Watson Chevrolet and brand in a professional and positive way, consistently
