*Mission Statement:* “On Budget, On Time, Every Time” *Job Description:* The Sales Assistant is responsible for helping assist with the sales process, as well as the business office process.
They will help accomplish tasks involved from initial customer inquiry to the start of the build.
This includes, but is not limited to, communicating with customers, sending customer quotes, creating contract folders, helping with permitting, updating data tracking sheets, and assisting both the Sales Manager and Business Office Manager Manager with accomplishing various tasks as needed.

* Effective time management skills * General construction knowledge of pole buildings * Strong problem solving skills * Basic computer skills * Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) preferred but not required *Experience and Qualifications* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

* Assists the Sales Manager in taking a customer from the day of initial inquiry until they have received permitting for their building.
* Be able to intake customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner * Be able to respond to customer questions and concerns while providing them with answers and solutions.
* Be able to generate quote sheets that can be sent to the customer.
* Conducts daily follow up calls/texts to help customers come to a buying decision.
* Knows how to read and see potential problems in building plans with the customer.
* Help facilitate the set up of a contract folder with the Business Office Manager and the Customer.
* Assist the Sales Manager in getting sketches drawn up and sent to engineering.
* Work with the Sales Manager and Business Office Manager to ensure final plans are in place.
* Ensures change order forms are created why a customer wants to make a change to their original building plan.
* Helps the Sales Manager update and track daily, weekly, monthly sales statistics and reviews them regularly.
* Helps the Sales Manager conduct regular market research to ensure we remain competitive.
* Helps the Sales Manager implement and create marketing and advertising plans when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.
00 - $28.
