*Location: Salt Lake City and Ogden Areas, Utah, USA*

*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients in the commercial construction industry, focusing on architects, contractors, and project managers.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for government contracts, leveraging existing networks and actively seeking new opportunities.
* Promote and sell a diverse range of products including handrails, gates, pergolas, fences, sheet metal fabrication, commercial planter pots, landscape edging, benches, fire pits and more.
* Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet client specifications and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and identify potential leads.
* Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
*Requirements:*
* Must have high integrity and be team oriented.
* Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction industry with a focus on commercial construction.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
* Ability to travel within the state as needed (primarily Salt Lake City and Ogden areas).
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
* Ability to secure government contracts is preferred.
