*Qualifications and Physical Requirements:*
* 1+ years of related experience
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Human relations skills; oral and written communication skills
* Knowledge of power equipment ( yard care equipment, snow removal equipment, ect
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided
* Build and maintain connections with potential customers, or leads, to cultivate new business and develop relationships
* Ascertain the type of part, fixture, or supply needed
* Inspect worn, damaged, or defective parts to determine replacement required
* Informs the customer of part needed according to the description of malfunction or customer’s expressed need
* Maintain general understanding of part or fixture stock number and price, through training or reading online/catalog
* Find solution for customer orders through substitution or modification of part when a part is not available
* Check in customer equipment for service and repair
* Pick and fulfill customer orders from stock
* May process orders or inquires over the phone
* May assist with loading customer orders on delivery trucks
* May handle products returns
* Perform other various duties, as outlined by supervisor
* Exude, understand, and demonstrate actions according to the Company’s core values.
