Property Administrative Lead - Eden (Eden)

The Property Admin Lead assists the Manager with the day to day operations of the Residential Property Management Department, Powder Stays, including but not limited to, maintaining owner relationships, assisting with the training of new hires, the ticketing system and coordinating with internal departments to increase Neighbor satisfaction.
The Lead will work closely with other internal departments for housekeeping/maintenance needs as well as coordinate with the Home Services department.
The Lead will assist with incoming phone calls, reservations and one on one Neighbors and their guests' needs and requests.
The Lead will need to stay up to date with Mountain and Membership amenities to ensure accurate communication with Neighbors.
As a customer focused organization, the ultimate goal is to help create a positive environment for Neighbors and their guests from their first point of contact through their entire stay.
The Lead must be willing and able to contribute to the development of a growing team environment and ever changing situations to ensure optimal Member experiences are reached.
