High The Assistant Baseball Coach is responsible for aiding in recruiting athletes, teaching proper technique, the safety of the athletes, as well as character development of the baseball players.
Help the Head Coach oversee game planning and preparation.
Development of a winning attitude on and off the field for players and coaches.
Responsible for aiding in all necessary paperwork, meetings, adherence to district and state policies/procedures, and attending all practices and games.
Responsible for coordinating baseball program schemes and philosophies with feeder programs.
All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent Preferred past coaching experience Preferred past playing experience
