00 FLSA Job Summary/Basic Function Assist students with applying for Admissions, participate in the registration of students throughout each semester.
Serve students by answering questions and providing information, field phone calls and transfer to appropriate offices, and schedule appointments for advisors.
Remain current on policies and procedures of enrollment services, scan and index enrollment documents.
Assist the Dual Enrollment team with student questions and projects.
Must be friendly and willing to assist as needed.
Hours will be scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday.
Will work with school schedule but flexibility is required.
Strong preference will be given to students who qualify for work study.
Required Qualifications High school graduate or GED.
Customer service oriented; team player with sensitivity to the needs of a diverse population.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Work independently and problem solve situation to a resolution.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software programs.
Preferred Qualifications Work study eligible preferred.
