Special Education Co-Teacher (Paraprofessional)

Voyage Academy, a K-6 Charter School located in Clinton, Utah, is seeking to hire a part-time co-teacher for its Special Education department.
Special Education co-teachers at Voyage Academy directly engage with students requiring enhanced or modified instruction under the guidance of a certified teacher.
The role involves providing assistance, support, and close collaboration with teachers, administrators, and team members to provide students educational benefits.
Qualified candidates should have either passed the PRAXIS exam or possess an associate's degree (or equivalent credits towards a bachelor's degree).
The selected candidate will work under the direction of a certified teacher.
Preference may be given to applicants with prior teaching experience.
Applicants must undergo a background check in accordance with Utah's Department of Public Safety requirements.
